On the Tags page, when clicking the magnifying glass icon for a tag that isn't applied to any transactions, it will end up loading all all-time transactions in the pop-up window.

Instead, it should show "You have no transactions matching this filter", just like when clicking on the magnifying glass for unassigned categories via the Categories page (see screenshot).
