Update the way removed synced transactions are handled

Plaid changed the way synced transactions with the TRANSACTIONS_REMOVED webhook should be handled. This needs to be updated in Lunch Money to ensure removed transactions are also properly removed in the app, to prevent duplicates, as the duplicates have different transaction ids.

This has been addressed and transactions removed by the bank/Plaid are correctly handled in Lunch Money to prevent duplicates.

Coming here as a recent joiner. I'm a big fan of how Lunch Money keeps transactions around that Plaid has said should be deleted, along with an indicator that the transaction was deleted from Plaid and options on how to reconcile.
I've been running into missing transaction issues on other apps, and this workflow has been a welcome feature. I feel much more confident that Lunch Money hasn't lost a transaction for good.

John: Hi! Rest assured that we won't ever be automagically deleting user transactions. I never felt confident about Plaid's handling of deleted transactions which is why we simply deliver the notification to our users and allow them to decide. Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Jen from Lunch Money, appreciate that! To that point, I noticed that there were about 8 missing transactions from Plaid for a couple of my accounts yesterday. I reconciled them manually by scanning the list, but was thinking it might be nice to have a filter to see these to make it easier. Is that something Lunch Money could do across the web and the mobile app?

For transactions flagged as deleted by the bank, you can filter for them using the filter option for
status
is delete pending
and setting the date range to all time
(see screenshot).If you're noticing any missing transactions that never synced at all however, it's best to open an in-app bank syncing support ticket so that we can investigate with Plaid.
