Twice a month recurring items will appear twice on the recurring page, yet the date changes for every month. It always keeping 16 days between every recurring item, so when one of the recurring item is on the 16th of the month, only one recurring item shows for that month. Apparently, because the second recurring would fall on day 0 or day 32.
