On the Transactions page, when a transaction update triggers a Tag Rule, the added tag(s) immediately appear in the table, but are initially missing from the 'Transaction Details' panel until the page is refreshed.

This also occurs when splitting a newly created transaction with tags, immediately after creation. If you go to split it without refreshing the page first, the tags don't appear and you can't select tags either.
