Split Rules applied to pending transactions lead to unintended behavior

Currently, splitting transactions is not supported, but they will split if a Split Rule is triggered. This leads to the following unintended behavior:
- The original pending transaction (A) still shows up in the pending section, along with the two splits (B & C).
- Once the original transaction posts, the splits (B & C) remain in the pending section.
