Some filters on the Accounts page don't persist on refresh

On the Accounts page, the filters menu is divided into three sections: 1) Synced / Manual, 2) Active / Error / Closed 3) Account Types (eg. Cash, Credit, etc.)
The filters from sections 1 and 2 will persist even when refreshing or navigating to other pages. Filters for section 3 (account types) are reset on refresh.
Behavior should be the same for all filter options.
