Show notice when applying bulk category change on recurring transactions

When trying to edit the category of a recurring item individually, the side panel opens so that the user can edit the category of the recurring item that the transaction is linked to.
If using the bulk edit feature to edit the category on multiple transactions, including recurring transactions, the change is applied without any notice or warning. There should be a notice that says that the selection includes recurring transactions, and that while the category change will apply to the transaction, the category will continue to display as set on the associated recurring item.
