Show archived tags toggle doesn't work as expected

On the Tags page, the "Show archived tags" toggle will only show / hide the 'Archived' column from the table view. Instead, the expected behavior should be to show / hide the archived tags' rows from view.

This was addressed in release #252, and archived tags now display separately from active tags, in a collapsible section at the bottom of the Tags table! š
