Rule created without amount comparator when merging suggested recurring

When using the "Merge with existing recurring item" option for suggested recurring items, a recurring rule is created without the "Amount matches" comparator value ("greater than", "less than", "exactly", etc.). In the UI, if you click to edit the rule and open the 'Edit transaction rule' panel, the drop-down appears empty.

This has been fixed as of release #274. Recurring rules created after merging suggested recurring items to existing recurring items now have the amount comparator correctly set to 'Exactly'.

This is huge. Once this happens, that Recurring Transaction is COMPLETELY broken. Since the new rule created doesn't match anything, and a new suggested recurring item is created with exactly the same filters that again don't work because of a missing amount comparator. (but for some reason if you go to the rule in question and Click "Save & Apply" it does seem to match correctly)
