Review icon unresponsive when auto-review triggers after category update

When "Auto-review on update" is enabled, editing the category of an unreviewed transaction automatically sets that transaction as reviewed. If you then click the green review icon to un-review it, the icon is unresponsive.

This has been addressed in release #278 and the green 'reviewed' icon no longer becomes unresponsive in the Transactions table when auto-review gets triggered after a category update.
