On the Recurring page, income appears incorrectly in the monthly overview on the right, unfulfilled recurring items (those not linked to any transactions) are treated as negative values.

On the Budget page, recurring income displays negative in the tooltip, and if you use the "Total expected recurring" suggestion to set the budget, it will set it as a negative expected amount.
