Query tool - After applying a custom search with date range, refreshing the URL does not return the same results

Trying to apply a search for unreviewed transactions for an account in a year. After marking a few as reviewed, on refreshing the page, a different set of results are getting displayed, including reviewed transactions.
One observation is that the Year filter is sometimes getting reset on refreshing the page.

Got a snapshot where the 'time frame' and 'match any/all' filters got reset on refresh. The results contain reviewed transactions.
