Plaid-synced transactions typically have both an authorized date and a posting date. When “Use authorized date” is enabled, the transaction date is set to the value.

Currently, if Plaid updates the transaction's value, that new date overrides the transaction date in Lunch Money, despite the value remaining unchanged.

The "User authorized date" toggle state should be taken into account, and if the authorized_date is used as the transaction date, then only an update to should alter the transaction date.
