When creating a new synced account connection via the Plaid flow and then using the "Yes, I am merging this with an existing account" option in "the 'Setup Account' dialog, the existing account should be removed after all the transactions, balance history and other properties are merged into the newly synced account.

Right now, the transactions and balance history appear to transfer successfully, but the previous accounts are not getting removed. They remain with "Inactive" status. Expected behavior: the old account(s) should be removed after all data is transferred to the newly connected account(s).
