Maintenance banner shows "Invalid date" instead of actual scheduled date

On the main dashboard, the maintenance notification banner displays "Invalid date" instead of the actual scheduled maintenance date and time.
Full message shown:
"Lunch Money will be unavailable for maintenance starting Invalid date. The maintenance window is expected to begin Invalid date and will last for approximately 20 minutes."
This appears to be a date formatting or parsing issue. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
