When creating categories using "Add preset categories" > "Custom (Advanced)", categories and subcategories are not added in the same order in which they are entered.

Currently, category groups appear to be sorted based on their leading emoji, while subcategories are alphabetized based on their category names. This means that if a user enters their categories and subcategories in a specific custom order, that order is lost after the categories are created. Ideally, category groups and subcategories should stay ordered as entered.
