The amount input field in the split transaction flow is behaving inconsistently. When entering a value, the first digit is accepted correctly, but subsequent digits are repeatedly appended and then removed. This appears to be related to a restriction limiting the input to two decimal places.

Additionally, when entering digits greater than 5, the value after the decimal point is automatically incremented by +1, resulting in inaccurate amounts.
