First row of CSV is flagged as a malformed line

When importing a CSV / PDF, the first line (header row) is flagged as a malformed line.
Instead, it should be automatically recognized as the header row, or there should be an option to tell Lunch Money to skip the first row.

I have an example CSV where I would need to skip the first 3 rows, so having the ability to skip N rows as part of the saved import would be great.

Not just the first row…
The best option might be for lunch money to look for the first row that looks like a header row (right number of populated column cells, contains some useful headers) and suggest that as the header row, offering to skip rows before that.
Another option would be to display the first 10 rows and ask the user to select the header row. I have several organizations that think it’s cool to perversely populate the first few rows of a csv export with account information or summary data before they start the actual data rows.
