On the Budget page, when the right-side panel is hidden on narrow screen widths, the Expand/Collapse button is misplaced on the left-side of the screen and is unintuitive.

The expected placement is next to the other buttons on the right side of the screen, as seen on the Transactions and Recurring pages.
