On the Accounts and Net Worth pages, when updating the balance for manually-managed accounts on the last day of the month, sometimes the updates get saved to the next month instead of the current one.

The updates should take into account local time, and as long as the update is done by 11:59PM in the local timezone, the updates should save to the current month.
