On the Transactions page, when using the Transaction Details or Bulk Edit panel to add a brand new category, the panel is then closed once that new category is created. This means that you then have to reopen the panel to apply the newly created category. Instead, the panel should remain open after the new category is created, and the new category name should be set in the category field.
