Chromium bug: Tabs crash when working in Rules panel

Some users reported issues on Chromium-based browsers (eg. Chrome, Arc, Brave) on both Mac and Windows, when creating or editing rules in the Rules panel.
This appears to have been resolved on Chrome, Windows with the latest Chrome update (Version 133.0.6943.142).
This appears to have been resolved on Arc, Mac with the latest Arc update (V1.44.0).
The bug persists on Mac for Chrome and Brave.
