On the Budget page, if you have a category group with Category Group Budgeting enabled, and you set the Budgeted value for the group to zero, if you then set any amount for the subcategories, the category group level amount won't change to reflect that. This also causes the amount set at the subcategory level to affect the General Pool rollover next period (despite the rollover settings for the group being "Rollover to the same category next period").

Expected behavior: The category group level amount should update to equal the sum of all subcategory values.
