If you have a recurring item with a billing date on the last day of the month, when the last day of the month arrives, the item doesn't display as an available option in the ''Convert to Recurring Item' and 'Create from Recurring' flows.

For example, if today is Feb 28th, then recurring items with the billing day on 'Feb 28' won't be displaying as an option.
