On the Transactions page, using the bulk edit menu to "mark all as unreviewed" appears to work and will have all the checkmarks set to gray on the transactions. However, when you refresh the page, all listings appear as "reviewed" (green checkmark).

There is no indication of the bulk edit action on the Transaction Change History log.
