On the Budget page (beta), if there's an expected recurring item for the period, the "pad your budget" tooltip will appear. It shows the expected item (A), but also lists other recurring items for the category, not expected in the same period (B and C).

The totals are correct, and only take the expected item (A) into consideration, but non-expected items (B and C) shouldn't be listed.
