In beta, archived categories continue to display on the Budget page both for past and future periods. The expected behavior is for those archived categories to no longer show up for future periods.

On the Overview page, archived categories stop displaying across the board, both for past and future periods. The expected behavior is for archived categories to only be removed from future periods. They should continue to display for past periods.
