If the option to "auto-create suggested rule when updating payee" is enabled, the created rule uses the Original Name field for synced transactions, instead of the display name.

For example, if the current payee name for the transaction is "Fan-fan", but the metadata name is "Fan-Fan", the rule will be set up to match payee name with "Fan-Fan".

Instead, it should use the active payee name (eg. "Fan-fan").
