When using the "Custom (Advanced)" preset categories option, subcategories with a description exceeding the character limit fail to create without warning. Special characters (i.e. apostrophes) in a description may be interpreted as more than one character (i.e. "').

There should be an error message and the "Create" button should be grayed out to prevent proceeding without first fixing the description.

Currently, the pasted input is accepted and displays in the preview indicating how the categories will be imported, without displaying any error. After clicking "Create", a green “Successfully created categories” message also appears but the affected subcategories are missing.
