Show progress bars on the Budget page

Similar to the existing monthly breakdown, show the current amount spent for the month in each category as a progress bar with the total being the budget in that category for the month.

I would appreciate a "big red bar" or some other alert telling me that I have overspent one or more categories and also allow me to directly cover the overspending.
Currently for me as a new user, it's not easy to tell if I have overspent.

This sounds similar to what is on the side bar of the transactions page. I’d like to see it in a larger view, with the totals for each category being the net amount based on rollover. So if I spent 100 out of 200 last month and 200 out of 200 this month it would still just show 100 spent since I rolled 100 over from the previous month

I think you can do this in the overview - you just need to select the cog and change it to% of total budget instead of % of spend
