Include Credit card cycle date and billing date

When creating a new account of type credit card, it would be nice to be able to add it's cycle date and it's billing date.
- Cycle date - is the day in each month from where the balance of the statement is computed because not all credit cards statements go from first to last day in the month.
- Billing date - the day that the balance of the credit card is due - can be used for auto debit from a linked cash account
For example, a credit card statement that goes from the 10th of a month to the 9th of the following month and has its payment due on the 15th of the following month.
So when filtering the credit card, it'd automatically show the ongoing card cycle on the period of the card rather than on the full month from first to last.
