I would greatly prefer the option to keep a fully manual review of my transactions using only rules I personally create. I have no interest in maintaining or monitoring recurring or automatic rules that may or may not have exceptions. I would prefer to determine all rules and exceptions myself.

Yeah, I'm not really using this for monthly budgeting per se, so the recurring items actually just proved more of a hassle as it covered up the "category" box to simply say "recurring expense"

Please. I just joined, imported all my accounts, and set up all recurring items, and there are still hundreds of irrelevant suggestions.
