Reorder Categories in Stacked Bar Chart

Currently the categories in the stacked bar appear to be ordered alphabetically. I'd rather they be sorted by spend, i.e. so the size of the bar decreases from one side to the other. Another nice-to-have would be to let me order the bars as I see fit (e.g. drag to reorder the categories in the filter drop-down)
