Salt Edge to import from institutions outside of N.America

Given there are a lot of international users, it would be great to implement Salt Edge in addition to Plain so auto-import can be supported for institutions outside of N.America

This would be great! I think it supports all the EU banks that I have missing. Without Import, my usage of Lunchmoney is severely hindered.
