Add categories on the fly

Allow to add categories to transactions in the Transaction view. Now, we have to jump between screens to add new categories to transactions.

You should be able to create new categories from the category dropdown. Just start by typing and there should be an option that says "Add ...". Please reach out to support@lunchmoney.app if you're still having issues!
