Show when manual asset was last updated

To know how outdated my data is, it would be useful if manually-managed assets showed an "Updated" timestamp, just like synced accounts already do.
With manually-managed assets, this could be the date transactions were last added/imported, or the balance was last updated, either manually or using the API.
